Dr. Chun-Der Chen currently is a Professor in the Department of Business Administration at Ming Chuan University, Taiwan. He obtained his PhD degree from the Department of Information Management at Central University. His research interests focus on business model, online marketing, customer relationship management, supply chain management and organizational behavior. His major publications have been in the areas of e-business and management of IS, and his paper have appeared in International Journal of Information Management, Internet Research, Online Information Review, Business Process Management Journal, Behaviour & Information Technology, Information Technology & People, Service Business and other journals. He has served on serval academic journals and conferences as a chair or reviewer and is also a consultant to government agencies and enterprises.
